When will I receive my order ?

You will receive your order with a DHL courier in a few working days depending on the selected destination:

1-2 working days for all of Italy excluding islands

2-3 working days for the islands (Sicily and Sardinia)

4-5 working days for all of Europe

8-10 working days for destinations outside Europe

How i track my order ?

Within 48 hours of ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order.

Don’t worry if the tracking link is incorrect, it may take a few hours before it is activated by the courier.

You can also monitor the status of your order by accessing the “My orders” section within the registered area.

How much are the shipping costs ?

Shipping costs are free for all orders placed.

How does the wish list works ?

Browsing the site next to the name of the garments you will find heart icons; clicking on them will save your favorite products in your wish list. In this way you can keep track of the items that interest you most to choose to buy them later.

Is it mandatory to register on the site to place an order ?

Registering is not mandatory, but we recommend it to keep track of your previous purchases, have access to the wish list and save your personal data to make the buying process faster.

Can I request an invoice for my order ?

Certainly. During check out, you will find a link to request an invoice by email, where you will fill out your billing information.
If you have already placed the order but forgot to request an invoice, you can request it by 10 am of the next day at support@uptobe.it

I forgot the password. How can I get it back ?

If you have forgotten the password to log in, visit the account section, click on I forgot my password and follow the instructions. In a short time, you will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the UPTOBE website ?

Yes. Our site uses the latest generation SSL encryption system to securely transmit your personal data within our system. Furthermore, all payments are processed by the PayPal system, the safest method to pay on the web.

How do you protect my sensitive data ?

All personal data are stored securely under current legislation and are not used by third parties or resold. Your credit card details are managed by PayPal, the safest way to pay on the web. I would like to return a garment. How do I proceed ?

All the items purchased on the UPTOBE website are returnable up to a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase to give you the opportunity to try them on at home. We have chosen to offer free returns for all orders. To return the garment, simply fill the return form to receive the return label.

I've broken the guarantee seal

All UPTOBE garments have a guarantee seal. If the seal is torn or cut, the garment is no longer returnable.

How do I choose the right size for me ?

The sizes of UPTOBE garments are based on the Italian system while the fit of the individual garments is generally reported in the individual product sheets.

How should UPTOBE garments be washed ?

There is no general rule for all garments. Each garment comes with specific washing instructions. Some of UPTOBE’s garments are a mix of two garments both with different washing instructions.
We advise you to check the internal labels of the garments, otherwise you can check in the product sheet of the garment you have purchased in the “Specifications” tab on how we advise you to treat the garment. If you still have doubts about it, you can write to support@uptobe.it

Are there any UPTOBE single-brand stores ?

No, at the moment there are no UPTOBE single-brand stores. If you want to stay updated on any new openings, subscribe to our newsletter.

I bought a UPTOBE garment in a shop, but it has a defect. What should I do ?

First, please contact the store where you purchased the garment for assistance. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service at support@uptobe.it

Transparency

We think that in order to create a relationship of complete trust you need transparency, which is why we are committed in the area of communication to give you all the information regarding the product, the brand and the company.
Regarding the garments, we are developing new detailed product sheets made to give you all the possible information. Information from the composition to the treatment as described by our stylists.We have included a new definition of the degree of heat that will help you choose more consciously.

Sustainability

For us at UPTOBE, sustainability means acting as respectfully as possible for the planet and the people who live here. We produce high quality products with the aim of reducing the environmental footprint through a limited purchase over time. UPTOBE garments are made to last, this is currently our main goal. Much of the UPTOBE production takes place entirely in Italy, from the design of the garment to the actual realization.
